Representing La Casa de los Políglotas at the Bengal Business Council Conclave

On June 2, 2024, I had the wonderful opportunity to attend the Annual Convention & Vision Conclave of the Bengal Business Council as a Delegate, held at the iconic Biswa Bangla Convention Centre, New Town. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was filled with ideas, ambition, and a shared vision for growth and collaboration.

One of the highlights of the day was meeting Mr. Chandra Shekhar Ghosh, the Founder, Managing Director, and CEO of Bandhan Bank, in person. Despite his remarkable achievements, he came across as extremely warm, grounded, and gracious. Our brief interaction left me genuinely inspired—he truly is a perfect gentleman and a leader who leads with purpose.
The conclave also featured powerful and thought-provoking sessions by Mr. Sanjib Sanyal, whose insights on economics and global perspectives were eye-opening, and Mr. Sourav Ganguly, former Indian cricket team skipper, whose words on leadership, discipline, and resilience struck a personal chord with many of us in the audience.
As the Founder of La Casa de los Políglotas, representing my organisation at such a respected platform was a proud and emotional moment for me. The conversations I had, the people I met, and the ideas exchanged throughout the day strengthened my belief in what we are building. The experience filled me with renewed motivation and a positive hope for the future growth of La Casa de los Políglotas.

Looking back, the conclave was more than just a professional gathering…it was a reminder of why we dream, build, and keep moving forward. I returned with fresh energy, valuable insights, and a deeper sense of purpose, truly grateful for the experience.
