In the Italian Pre-Intermediate Course (A2 level), students will:
- Expand their vocabulary for everyday situations like shopping, travel, health, and leisure.
- Learn to describe past experiences using the present perfect (passato prossimo) and simple past (passato remoto) in appropriate contexts.
- Express preferences, opinions, emotions, and intentions more clearly.
- Improve listening and reading comprehension through dialogues, short texts, and audio materials.
- Engage in conversations involving invitations, appointments, advice, and suggestions.
- Strengthen grammar skills including reflexive verbs, comparatives, and prepositions.
- Practice letter and email writing for informal and semi-formal communication.
The course follows Espresso 2, offering structured lessons with real-life contexts, grammar explanations, and interactive activities for effective learning.

Italian Pre-Intermediate Course (A2 Level)
Take your Italian skills to the next stage with our Pre-Intermediate Course, specially tailored for those who have completed the beginner level. Using Espresso 2 as the main resource, this course focuses on improving fluency in everyday conversations, understanding written and spoken texts, and using key grammar structures like the present perfect (passato prossimo) and simple past (passato remoto). You’ll also practice writing informal and semi-formal letters and emails, expanding your ability to communicate clearly in real-life situations.
The course runs for a total of 48 hours, with classes scheduled on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
